Our project was born several years ago, elaborating different handmade jams and products based on local fruits, which we incorporate to many of our dishes in the restaurant.
Now, we are embarking on this adventure creating the Perenquén brand. Artisan products with that taste of yesteryear where the quality of the products, and the handmade production by a renowned chef of the island, allow the world to enjoy unparalleled natural products.
From La Gomera, a minor island of the Canary archipelago, we elaborate our products in an artisanal way, with field products of the highest quality, but limited in production, so our elaborations will always be in limited units.

We do not have a store as such, but you can buy our products in our restaurant in La Gomera (Gastro bar La Salamandra).
